Norwegian NGO promoting inclusive workplaces through practical learning, partnerships and projects for sustainable employment.
Inklude is a Norwegian non-profit organisation promoting social sustainability through labour market inclusion. Our main fields of work are inclusive workplaces, leadership development, mentoring, psychological safety, workplace communication and collaboration between employers, NGOs and public actors. We are interested in developing international projects that pilot practical learning programmes, exchange best practices, strengthen employer engagement and create sustainable pathways into employment for people facing barriers to work.
Competence and Expertise Offered
We offer expertise in labour market inclusion, inclusive workplace development and capacity-building for employers, NGOs and public organisations. Our experience includes practical workshop design, mentoring programmes, inclusive leadership, psychological safety, workplace communication and stakeholder collaboration. We can contribute to project development, pilot implementation, training, facilitation, dissemination and sharing of good practices across countries.
Expertise sought
We seek partners with experience in labour market inclusion, employer engagement, migrant integration, youth employment or community-based support. We are particularly interested in exchanging methods, co-developing practical learning programmes, piloting new approaches and sharing evidence of what creates more inclusive and sustainable workplaces across different European contexts.
