Description

Margin Center is a queer-led Polish foundation established in 2026. Our team brings years of experience in arts, education and civic engagement.

Established in 2026, Margin Center is a queer-led Polish foundation bringing together artists, curators, cultural producers and activists with years of experience. We work across culture, education and civic life, with an intersectional focus on human rights and access to culture. Our team’s experience spans film, performance, curating, public programmes and editorial work. We are developing initiatives in oral history, community archives, research and publishing, especially around marginalised histories and public access to knowledge.

Competence and Expertise Offered

Our team brings experience in curating, film programming, performance, cultural production, event coordination, writing and communication. We can design and deliver screenings, exhibitions, public discussions, educational activities and publications, as well as contribute to documentation and outreach. We draw on queer-feminist and intersectional approaches, with attention to accessibility and community participation.

Expertise sought

We seek cultural institutions, civil society organisations, research teams and grassroots groups in Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and across Europe. We particularly value expertise in human rights and LGBTQ+ advocacy, inclusive education, oral history, community archiving and participatory research. We are open to joining existing consortia or co-developing new projects with partners bringing complementary skills, local knowledge and a commitment to collaboration.
