NORSUD Organisation is a Norwegian-Sudanese non-profit working in humanitarian aid, social inclusion, education, women’s empowerment, refugee support, and human rights. Our mission is to support vulnerable communities affected by war, displacement, and poverty while promoting peace, dialogue, democratic values, and intercultural understanding. We develop projects focused on refugee integration, youth engagement, education access, women’s empowerment, legal guidance, community development, and cooperation between Norway and Sudan.

We offer expertise in refugee integration, community outreach, intercultural dialogue, humanitarian support, project implementation, volunteer engagement, and cooperation with migrant and diaspora communities. We have strong connections with Sudanese communities and experience in promoting social inclusion, education initiatives, women’s empowerment, and human rights awareness.
Expertise sought
We seek partners with expertise in project development, capacity building, fundraising, youth programs, education, peacebuilding, human rights, gender equality, and EU-funded projects. We are interested in long-term cooperation, knowledge exchange, consortium building, and joint implementation of projects in Norway, Sudan, and other countries.
