ŽUCDP is nonprofit, NGO that provides help and support to people with cerebral palsy. We provide almost 100 personal assistants for our members.
The main activities of the County Association of People with Cerebral Palsy are focused on nonformal education and improving the quality of life of people with disabilities, reducing deinstitutionalization and more active inclusion of people with disabilities in the local community. Our main educational activities are aimed at improving the quality of life of people with disabilities and achieving their equal position in society, with the successful implementation of which we influence positive changes in the lives of our members.
Competence and Expertise Offered
ŽUCDP provide 8 different educational rehabilitation workshops, and cooperate with 8 professional implementers of philosophical, kinesiology, economic, linguistic, IT professions. We are open to show ours examples of good practice and learn from others.
Expertise sought
Our plans are to expand the area of work beyond the borders of Croatia and to enter into new partnerships with organizations that work with people with cerebral palsy and to work on new innovative projects and programs aimed at people with disabilities
