Description
Right Association empowers Roma children through education, sport, employment and advocacy, creating equal opportunities and stronger communities.
Right Association is a Romanian non-profit organization dedicated to improving the lives of Roma children, young people and families living in marginalized communities. Our main fields of work are education, social inclusion, children’s rights, employment, sport, health promotion and advocacy. We deliver after-school activities, mentoring, swimming, football, vocational training and community programmes, while operating a social sewing workshop that creates jobs for Roma women. Future projects include the ALMA Community Learning Centre, youth leadership, family support and digital education.
Competence and Expertise Offered
Right Association offers expertise in Roma inclusion, community development, children’s rights, non-formal education and grassroots advocacy. We have extensive experience designing and delivering programmes for marginalized communities, building trust with Roma families, engaging young people through sport and education, and developing social enterprise solutions that create employment and long-term social impact.
Expertise sought
We are seeking partners with expertise in project management, strategic planning, fundraising, monitoring and evaluation, and organizational development. We are also interested in exchanging good practices, developing international partnerships, and strengthening our capacity to implement large-scale, high-impact projects that promote social inclusion and equal opportunities.
