We bring 15 years of hands-on experience designing and delivering non-formal education and youth work: YE/TC, mobilities, ESC, CERV, Creative Europe, cooperation partnerships and Erasmus+ Sport. We offer strong local rooting in a coal-transition region, access to rural and small-town youth in Gorj, facilitation and civic-participation methods, environmental and inclusion activities, and reliable project management with a proven track record of European and Norwegian partnerships.

Expertise sought

We seek Norwegian partners with expertise in human rights and civic education, democratic part., media literacy, or a just green transition, who can bring complementary methods, training resources and a Norwegian perspective to joint activities. We value partners experienced in youth work, non-formal education or peace building, open to co-developing exchanges, staff training and shared tools, and to mutual learning between NO and RO communities facing social and environmental change.
