Description
We give young people a voice through peer mentoring, training, and advocacy, and we bring policymakers and youth together to shape real change.
We are working alongside young people to prevent risk behavior. Our main field of work is peer mentoring: our programme KUP pairs at-risk youth (10–18) with trained peer mentors (19–39) who draw on lived experience. We also run a youth council, giving young people a direct voice in decision-making and policy discussions. We’re interested in partnerships around peer mentoring models, youth participation structures, and cross-border exchange on youth risk prevention. Open to co-designing projects with organisations working on youth empowerment, mentoring, or civic engagement.
Competence and Expertise Offered
We bring lived-experience-based peer mentoring, training for professionals working with youth (teachers, social workers, youth workers), and genuine youth participation through our youth council. Our programme development is evidence-based, built on youth and expert interviews and benchmarking against Nordic models. We also have policy experience, having contributed to child protection legislation, and hold national recognition
Expertise sought
We’re seeking partners with expertise in designing training programmes for neurodivergent youth and those with high-risk behavior, and organisations with experience running youth councils or other genuine youth participation structures. We’d also value partners who have built or scaled peer mentoring programmes, especially ones facing similar implementation challenges. Finally, we’re looking for partners experienced in engaging policymakers on youth issues.
