BLL is a small non-profit NGO based in Oslo and Lillehammer, run by Sturla Bjerkaker and partners.
BLL focuses on lifelong learning opportunities and adult education methods to strengthen democracy, civil society, and engagement in local communities among all generations. BLL is involved in projects dealing with active ageing and senior councils, cross-generational activities, active citizenship, and democratic values etc.
