Description
No Limit Pets advances animal welfare, civic participation and sustainable communities. We turn practical experience into public-interest action.
No Limit Pets is a Romanian civil society organisation working in animal welfare, civic education, volunteering, community development and environmental responsibility. We rescue and rehabilitate animals, run shelters and community programmes, and involve citizens, especially young people, in civic action. We seek partners for projects on transparency and accountability in stray-animal management, monitoring local policies, budgets and services, access to information, open-data tools, NGO capacity building, youth participation and dialogue between civil society and public authorities.
Competence and Expertise Offered
No Limit Pets offers practical expertise in animal rescue, shelter management, veterinary care, behavioural rehabilitation, responsible adoption, civic education and volunteer coordination. We also provide field-based knowledge of stray-animal governance, advocacy, public consultation, data collection and cooperation with authorities. We can support pilot design, stakeholder engagement, testing, training, dissemination and the transfer of practices from Romania.
Expertise sought
We seek a Norwegian partner with expertise in transparency, access to information, local democracy, public-sector accountability, open data and cooperation between civil society and municipalities. We value experience in developing monitoring methods and indicators, digital civic tools, NGO capacity building, youth participation and policy advocacy. The partner would help co-design the methodology, provide Norwegian good practices, train participants and review project outputs.
