EUnexus is a European Parliament-awarded Centre for Research and Innovation based in Tallinn, Estonia. It is a registered non-profit (MTÜ).

EUnexus is the European Centre for Research and Innovation, working at the intersection of European programmes and policies, and development cooperation. Our work advances democratic governance, research and innovation, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, green transition, renewable energy, sustainable development, education, inclusive economic growth and institutional capacity through applied research, policy development and advocacy, capacity building, knowledge exchange, stakeholder engagement and international partnerships.

Competence and Expertise Offered

EUnexus provides expertise in project design and management, policy advocacy, institutional cooperation, training, communication, community outreach, stakeholder engagement and youth work. We facilitate cooperation with European and local institutions, build international partnerships, coordinate project implementation, organise events and training, and deliver high-quality reporting, dissemination and community engagement through our strong local, regional and European network of partners.

Expertise sought

We seek partners with complementary expertise in democratic governance, civil society, social inclusion, education, youth, culture, environmental sustainability, public health, gender equality and institutional development. We value organisations with strong thematic expertise, community engagement, practical implementation experience and a commitment to long-term international cooperation.
