IVK Norge (NVC Norway) is a Norwegian non-profit promoting Nonviolent Communication, empathy, dialogue and constructive conflict resolution. We offer expertise in communication, relationship-building, inclusion and peaceful conflict management, with experience in training, workshops, community-building and international cooperation. Potential project areas include conflict prevention, social inclusion, youth and education, violence prevention, organisational development, mental well-being, and strengthening civil society through dialogue and participatory methods.

We can contribute training and workshops, develop communication and conflict-prevention tools, facilitate dialogue and participatory processes, and support capacity-building among professionals, volunteers and community groups.
